1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Smart Money Academy / TradeCalc Hub ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our calculators and educational tools.
2. Non-Broker & Non-Advisory Status
Smart Money Academy is an educational media and mathematical utility company. We are not a registered broker-dealer, financial advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or investment bank. We do not hold customer funds, execute actual broker orders, or offer financial asset management. All computations and charts are purely educational software simulations.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software architecture, interactive calculator code, original editorial guides, illustrations, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Money Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use our calculators in your web browser. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or commercial redistribution of our computational tools is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Smart Money Academy, its founders, operators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of capital, profits, or trading losses arising from the use or inability to use the calculators, articles, or bar replay engines.
5. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any calculator or educational module at our sole discretion. Continued use of the website following any posted revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
